Pierre Nothomb, Managing Partner Deminor, and Jean-François Cats, Associate Partner of Cats Team Advisory and founder of RSM Belgium, took part in a conference-debate organized by RSM Czech Republic on 15 October 2019 in Prague for its family businesses’ clients.
Sharing their experience, they discussed governance matters in family businesses started after the end of communism and more specifically ways to transfer power, wealth and vision to future generations.
