In the months of May and June, GUBERNA will organise the GUBERNA coaching sessions. As a partner of GUBERNA, Deminor Shareholder & Governance Services will co-organize these sessions.
Many entrepreneurs want to further professionalise the management of their SME but do not know which way to go. GUBERNA wants to anticipate this by organising two online coaching sessions.
In the confidential atmosphere of a small group and using a very personal approach, you will gain insight into your board of today and your board of tomorrow by the hand of:
- a testimonial of an entrepreneur from your region;
- a tool that scans your current board extensively and exposes its possible weaknesses;
- a number of interactive workshops co-hosted by the experts of Deminor Shareholder & Governance Services
