On July 3rd, the Gofunding@EUROQUITY program of SOWALFIN Group was held.
This first edition brought together about ten startups willing to accelerate their growth by opening their capital to third party investors.
The program was structured around 6 modules aimed at helping startups to consider their fund raising more serenely.
Deminor was a partner of this first edition and Pierre-Alexis Léonard, Managing Partner, animated the module dedicated to the legal aspects of fund raising.
