On March 23, 2021, the fourth edition of Gofunding@EUROQUITY program of SOWALFIN Group was held.
This new edition brought together about ten startups willing to accelerate their growth by opening their capital to third party investors.
The program is based around 6 modules aimed at helping startups to consider their fund raising more serenely.
Deminor was once again a partner of this edition and Pierre-Alexis Léonard, Managing Partner, animated the module dedicated to the legal aspects of fund raising.
In his presentation, Pierre-Alexis Léonard answered many practical questions; h ow to prepare the legal aspects of fund raising? How to best negotiate the conditions of the future partnership? What should or should not be signed? These are some of the questions addressed in this presentation.
