On 9, 10 and 12 March, Pierre-Alexis Léonard (Managing Partner) and Thibaut Claes (Project Manager) have given a series of conferences in partnership with the CCI Liège-Verviers-Namur. The subject of these conferences was "Management of control within a company".
The organisation and management of control (in the general meeting, in the board of directors, etc.) within a company are essential for the smooth development of its activities. We regularly observe that the implementation of a reasonable and reasoned control ratio can sometimes be a real balancing act.
During this conference, based on some practical examples, we identified the control mechanisms available to the decision-makers or those who are taking decisions.
These mechanisms ensure the implementation of an optimal control ratio, thus avoiding the creation of internal conflicts.
