On Tuesday 26 October 2021, Deminor organised its annual debate evening.
The Deminor team was pleased to welcome a large audience in the Ghelamco Arena in Ghent.
This year the Deminor debate evening was completely dedicated to the family business. Prior to the evening, filled with an interesting panel discussion and walking dinner, the Deminor team organised three different information sessions, including a session on financial reporting and valuation.
What is the importance of financial reporting in a (family) SME? Which figures and KPI’s are essential for an entrepreneur to make the right decisions at the right time? What information is shared with the company’s directors, shareholders and employees?
During this session, Bernard Thuysbaert and Louis Lannoy discussed in detail the added value of financial reporting and gave more details on the impact of the financial health and performance of the company on shareholder value.
