Deminor NextGen network event for the upcoming generation in family businesses was a guest at Neos Cigar Factory: the perfect combination of knowledge and experience sharing in a pleasant environment where tradition and innovation meet.
In 1926 founder Maurits Vandermarliere started making cigars in the attic above his cigar shop, and since then the company has grown steadily to become the present-day international company. The fourth generation of Vandermarliere is now in charge: just like his father, Frederik leads the company with passion and an eye for craftsmanship.
